| While open to anyone who has completed the Spiritual
Development Program, our Leadership Development Program
is primarily intended for those who desire to become
spiritual leaders. Our program prepares the foundation
for you to serve in ministries of administration, youth
or adult education, or chaplaincy. Our trained faculty
works closely with you in a concentrated program of
academic and practical training.
Courses can be completed in three one-week sessions—from
a minimum time frame of one year to a maximum time
frame of ten years after entering the Spiritual Development
Program. All Spiritual Development course work to meet
graduation requirements must be completed before beginning
the Leadership Development Program.
