| This meditation is the monthly Silent Unity prayer service that is read aloud in our chapel. We invite you to join us in this prayer time by reading the following mediation aloud or silently to yourself.
This month is a time for gratitude, a season of sharing, and a season of abundance. What better way is there to welcome this season than with prayer! Prayer invites positive change. It enriches your life and brings you to a deeper understanding of yourself, others, and the Creator of all.
As you focus your heart and mind on the blessings of God, give thanks for abundance, health, wisdom, and peace. You can begin by taking time now to pray. |

I am one with the everlasting love of God. My heart is filled with peace.
I find sacred peace in the assurance of God’s everlasting love. I let the noise, confusion, and distractions of the day melt away as I immerse myself in the powerful presence of Divine Love.
As I allow the soothing balm of love to envelop me, I let go of decision-making and schedules, I let go of the words and expectations of others, and I attune my heart to the presence of peace within.
Resting in the peace of God’s love, I am one with eternal light and one with the power of the universe.

I follow the guidance of Spirit in doing all that is mine to do.
In the depths of my being is a flame of divine understanding. Fanned by faith, it glows, brightens, and sheds light on the questions of my heart. I nurture this light with prayer and patiently watch it grow into enlightenment, wisdom, and inspiration.
The flame of spiritual understanding lights my way; it guides me on paths of truth and helps me find the way to fulfillment.
Following the guidance of Spirit, I listen for the still small voice within and prepare my heart to follow Spirit to my good.

The healing spirit of God is flowing throughout my body. I am healthy and strong.
Each moment of prayer allows my body to relax into a deeper awareness of God’s presence within—a consciousness of God’s healing spirit that touches every part of my being.
Breathing deeply, I become more fully aware of the loving presence of God and of my oneness with this holy essence. I am soothed, energized, and prepared to be healed at the deepest level of being.
My mind, body, and soul respond to God’s loving presence, and I welcome clarity, renewal, and peace. I am healthy and strong. My heart beats in rhythm with the pulse of the universe, and in conscious quietude, I pray … |
I live in a world of abundance and gratefully receive the blessings of God.
In prayer, I allow my mind to open to the possibilities of infinite love. Receptive to greater resources, I envision pathways, entertain creative ideas, and imagine activities that produce abundant blessings.
Expecting abundance, I give thanks for intuition and inspiration. In every aspect of my life, I see the bountiful difference that prayer makes.

Sharing Gods love with others, I create lasting peace in my world.
In the peacefulness of prayer, I enfold world leaders in thoughts of strength, integrity, and honesty. With God as my guide and inspiration, I gently release any negative feelings and focus my thoughts on forgiveness, harmony, and love.
Through eyes of prayer, I see only harmonious expressions and interactions, and I visualize love across every continent. I accept God’s unconditional love, and on behalf of all people I affirm peace—peace in my heart and in the world as I pray …
As you return to your daily activities, vestiges of peace, love, light, and harmony will linger in your mind. The sacred time you have spent in prayer will sustain you and help you maintain a conscious attitude of prayer for yourself and the world.
You can live in continual awareness of God’s presence by praying the “Prayer for Protection”:
The light of God surrounds me;
The love of God enfolds me;
The power of God protects me;
The presence of God watches
over me.
Wherever I am, God is!
