God, thank You for the kinship and friendship that I share with others. Through my relationships, I have an opportunity to make a vital connection that blesses others and blesses me. Some relationships are deep bonds that last a lifetime; others are friendly exchanges that brighten the day.

God, You are the presence of harmony and understanding that blesses all relationships. Inviting You to be a partner in my relationship with another, I prepare a solid foundation that supports open and honest communication with this person.

Centering my thoughts and feelings in Your presence within me, I get in touch with what is true and genuine. I open the door to the inner realm so that I bring sacred qualities to a relationship. Depending on You to guide me, I can then do my part in keeping my relationships harmonious and whole.
